This is a horrible drug that caused all kinds of side effects and made me miserable for the last 2 years. Started taking it due to gastritis from NSAIDS. Tried Pepcid first but got acid breakthrough after 1 month. Tried 10 mg capsules of Omeprazole, but they had a nasty aftertaste. Bumped up to 20 mg, then 40 mg. Constant bloating and abdominal pains. I started out taking Lexapro but the dr. switched me to Celexa because my insurance covered it but didnt cover the lexapro. They told me that it was very similar to lexapro but it made me very sick when I took it and I had no problems with the lexapro. I had to go off of it after a week of taking it because I didnt have any energy to do anything and constantly felt sick. I went back on the lexapro and have been doing great since!

I've developed a lump in my breast since using the patch. I also have sharp pains in both my breasts since using the patch. My vision has become extremely blurred and I have to wear glasses since using the patch. I've been using Vivelle for about 14 months now. It helps with hot flashes, but the price is too high to pay since my vision is still decreasing. I'm going to stop using it.
