I always mix turmeric powder in milk when I have fever to give me energy and soothe my nerves. It always helps me feel better. It doesn't bring down the fever, just helps me feel better.

I switched from Diovan to Micardis five years ago and started having "eye disturbances" (I know now they are optical migraines) so my doctor changed my dosage to 40mg in the morning and 40 mg in the evening and this worked great for several years but in the past year I have had more of the disturbances usually when I break the pill and it's not equal but I have also noticed my vision (previously 20/20) getting worse and worse. I'm not sure if Benicar is causing the problem, but not long after upping my dosage to 40.25, I started having pain in my right hip, now limping and can't walk far. If Benicar is cause, can't get off of it quick enough.

Claritin RediTabs are my preferred allergy medicine choice, especially during spring when everything's in bloom. It worked very quickly and I didn't need water to take them because they are dissolvable tablets. It was extremely effective. My severely runny nose went away, I stopped sneezing, and my watery eyes cleared up. I had a little bit of a dry nose, but I think that was mostly from using too many tissues.

Mucinex works really well when you drink enough water. When you don't hydrate enough, it doesn't work at all, and it makes you very dehydrated. This causes dizziness, dryness, and headache.

I have taken Ibuprofen periodically to help deal with pain, particularly in my lower back due to an injury and an occasionally for headaches. For the most part, it has worked. It has relieved pain to some degree and has made such pain more bearable. I have never experienced any negative side effects while using Ibuprofen, and really have not suffered from any type of side effect while taking this drug.
