Follow up to my original post: After the sixth week of taking the Zyflamend, and no return of the rosacea, I called my doctor, and the upshot is that he didn't think that it's being a COX2 inhibitor was a problem in and of itself (Vioxx was a unique problem), and said that he couldn't find Z., on the FDA's watch list, so I should feel free to experiment with no worries that he could predict. I turned 65 this July 28. Five years ago I had, and used weekly, a fitness club membership. I went Kayaking, camping, fishing, walking, played volleyball, and hosted/attended a variety of writing/poetry venues. Although i was perscribed Solpadol as a pain relief and still require it for that purpose, as an ex smoker of Marijuana i obtain the same relaxed effect with Solpadol and believe i have replaced one with the other. When my Dr will not perscribe solpadol i replace it with normal Co Codamol and Ibuprofen until i can obtain my next perscription. DayQuil didn't fully take my headache away so a few hours after I took DayQuil, I took Ibuprofen and it took all of my headache away and the aches in my body. I recommend it.
