I just started this med, but my mood and thinking are noticeably improved. I've noticed a tendency to be overconfident (typically quite rare for me) and then regret actions taken. I have no idea what the impact on my weight will be, though I'm concerned as my taste in foods is changing. The shakes are annoying.

It helped relieve my acne. The only reason for my liver damage and fever is because I got Mono. Dry lips and hands while on Accutane were uncomfortable, but worth getting rid of my acne.

I had 2 shots of depo to help with my severe PMS. Whilst I was on it, I didn't notice a huge difference but when I decided to stop taking it, I never had a period for 11 months. I put some weight on whilst having the shots but put on even more weight after coming off it, gaining 2 stone in total. I am 43 and have always weighed 8 stone and have also been lucky in being able to eat whatever I want without gaining weight. I noticed some initial weight loss, but have not seen the promised (or out of the ordinary) weight loss. Slight increased energy levels, but nothing great. Don't yet think that I would recommend it for anything but antioxidants.
