i have been on and off cymbalta for about 4or6 years . its a nightmare to get off of, the one thing i really dread is the twinges im not sure if thats a good way to explain it, i feel like im getting an electrical schock treatment all day. i can turn my head and it happens. if someone comes up behind me to scare me it shocks my system. sorry about the non-medical terms, it obviously upsets me and makes me irritable. I would tell someone to take it because it makes me feel better. I after I eat and my reflux is controlled. Even when I eat food that causes more reflux, my reflux is well controlled with the Prilosec OTC.

I took nighttime for 10 days no noticeable problems then I took 1 mucinex nighttime with fever for 3 nights and got extremely dizzy nauseous feelings equilibrium was off I went to doctor no sinus infection still over a week later my eyesight seems off and I get waves of dizziness very slight but upsetting....

My doctor is switching me to Luvox CR to see if it improves my difficulty with short term memory loss. I have also begun to have a terrible time waking up in the morning. In reading about Luvox it seems that it is effective without the memory loss associated with Cymbalta on occasion. As we lowered the dose from 90mg to 60mg there was not a really signifigant increase in short term memory so switching to Luvox CR is our next option. have been on Effexor 12 yeas after trying several others Have found the XR dosing not as effective as the 3/times per day. have tried chging medications, however the withdrawal symptoms have not been worth it, so I continue on Effexor, the most effective for me
