I have had the Mirena for well over 6 or 7 years (I'm on my second one). During this time, my acne has been difficult to control - especially on my back and chest. I have also been experiencing some problems with finding the right words and thinking straight, though I suppose this could be a sign of getting older. But I'm only 36, so I'm not that old! i switched to ZenChent and ever since then, my period is darker/brown and i often get clumps of blood that come out. my period is always on time, though and lasts as long as it always did before. but does anyone else have this problem?

The first day I tool Zyflamend, I noticed a distinct reduction in lower back pain from osteoarthritis. But the next day, I began coughing and having mucus problems.
