After using synthetic l-dopa, I switched to atmagupta. I no longer have insomnia, constipation, nervousness. Once this herb is tested by the FDA it will verify what is already known about it in countries outside the US. Its use will really take off! Atmagupta is a gem of an herb. I highly recommend it.

I have no know side effects, I sleep less (I love to sleep so thats bad for me) meaning usually I sleep during the day endlessly, now the day ends and I didnt remember to sleep. My appitite is the same, I dont over eat, but my monthly cycle is less, I can stand the cold more, I am alert and awake while driving to work and back home, I seem to be health with my blood count because I am not weak and hungry anymore. I made the mistake of taking it just before bed on 2 occasions (not on a full stomach) & was awake at 4 a.m. with severe abdominal pain both times - with nausea, and feeling like I needed to vomit. The abdominal tenderness persisted into the next day - felt like I'd done 500 sit-ups.
