I found that if I just take my vitamins everyday and drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and veggies I'm better off than the side effects and little positive effect I got from Prozac.

Micardis causes short term memory loss. Restless legs, blurry eyes Night urination and weight increase. Supplements cannot be taken with Micardis as they react in causing blood pressure to elevate. Took melatonin 300 mg for 4 nights. Excellent sleep first 2 nights; Unremarkable sleep 3rd night; vivid dreams and "drugged" feeling 4th night. Strange body odor and taste in mouth. 5th day, strange stomach distention (very mild gas), slight dizziness, grogginess. I have Hashimoto's so perhaps melatonin is contraindicted for daily use. Will continue to use occasionally for insomnia, but not more than 2 nights a week.

seems to work well, i will say though do not Yank the patch off take it off slowly i cause skin bruse yanking one off like tape it seems to make my skin very fragile after use When i did yank off of one the patches the far end the last part to come off in the thank put a straight line bruse showing blood under the skin simlar to being hit hard and getting a bruse
