I took Lunesta for several months, Literally every morning I forgot what happened the previous night. I have woken up twise having had cut drastic ammounts of my hair in the night time and forgetting. It wasn't always like a blackout but it was very extremely fuzzy of a memory every morning. Imodium relieves my symptoms from having an irregular bowel symptoms. I don't have to worry about being embarrassed by having to go the bathroom often when it acts up.

I DO NOT recommend tri-sprinted. I changed from Loestrin 1/20 to tri-sprintec this summer (July09) and have had recurrent yeast infections ever since then. I have also gained tons of weight since starting to take this pill. I am changing pills today.

This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.
