I take adderall 20mg in the evenings to study and for late night classes. I take vyvanse in the morning and it usually lasts until about 4pm. The adderall holds me over for the rest of the evening. I would take adderall more often but I hate that the effects only last 4-5 hrs and I do not want to have to take medicine 3-4 times a day. I dont even want to be on BC as ive been trying get pregnant for over two years now. I miscarried twins and had constant pain for over a year after so had a laperoscopy. It turns out i had bad endometriosus, amongst other problems. after the surgery the pain continued so the Dr said for me to go on BC for three months to give everything a break then try and get pregnant again. so far ive been emotional and I have the worst constipation!!!!!
