With any antibiotic, it's good to stick with the recommended dosage and duration of treatment. Although I felt better in a few days, failure to take the pills until the end of the noted time caused the pain to return--that's how bacterial resistance develops!

I'm on my second pack of LoSeasonique and I've still been having a monthly period, except it's lighter but about two days longer. I'm almost finished with this pack and the bleeding is just now starting to show signs of stopping (it's much lighter and just spotting). I called my doctor and she's switching me to the regular Seasonique, but I'm only going to give it one pack and if things don't get better, I'm going to see about switching completely. I take this medicine simultaneously with Omeprazole Dr and they both give me strong side effects. I was diagnosed with H. Pylori a few months back and it turns out after an endoscopy and biopsy, that it still exists. I asked my doctor to prescribe something else but they informed me that any medicine dealing with H. Pylori is going to have strong side effects.

I have recently removed the ring after a few months because of the increased pain and discomfort in my chest. Such soreness that woke me up in the middle of the night if I rolled over on my chest. My doctor put me on Nuva Ring to regulate my cycle and decrease the Ovarian Cysts. I experience very difficult periods that are extremely painful... However, I am prepared to deal with that if it means that this very painful discomfort ceases.

I take Benadryl D for Sinus and Allergies and on occasion, Benadryl Severe Allergy and Sinus Headache. I find that Benadryl does NOT work in hot or humid weather and my nose becomes very stuffy. For Benadryl to take FULL effect, I need to be in a very cold room around 70 degrees. Also, the effects wear off every 4 hours or so and the stuffiness in my nose increases with the intake every four hours instead of decreasing.
