I've been taking Agomelatine for around 4 months now (50mg per day) in a UK based clinical trial. I had taken paroxetine for 12 months immediately prior to this so feel I can make a good comparison between the two. I had Graves Disease about 8 years ago,took docs a year to sort it out, had all the heart meds too. Then it was sorted out. Since then i have had Hyperthroidism about three times since - it just wont go away. Back on Carbims again. On 5 mg three times a day now have been retested and its hardly reduced it so have to up the dose to 4 tabs daily - doc said two am,two pm. I was prescribed Cloxazolam about 7 years ago by a Neurologist in Portugal due to an irritating vibration felt in my head & neck, particularly when trying to sleep. The drug just helped me to sleep a little better. I started to reduce the dose to 1mg several weeks ago from the 2mg prescribed and then to 1/2mg 3 weeks ago and now I have stopped completely.
