I was 17 when I had my 3 Gardasil shots and 17 when I was diagnosed with RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS following the shots. It took a year for doctors to realize I had RA because I was a competitive athlete (they thought my joints were swollen because I have always been an athlete). I was put on Lyrica for fibromyalgia. I started out on a very low dose since I don't handle meds very well. 25 mg once a day for two days, then 50 mg for two days, then 75 mg for two days, then 100 mg for two days. On the day after I took 75mg (I took the pills at night) I started bleeding! I am post menopause. Haven't had a period in over 16 months. Now I'm having a hard time. I was given oxybuprocaine to numb my eyes at an opthamology eye exam, after receiving the drops I started to have convulsions. My head was completely bent back, my eyes were rolling in the back of my head and I was grinding my teeth. The convulsions lasted for hours on the day of the eye exam and returned sporadically the next day.
