I was really against taking this drug to begin with. I've tried to keep a positive HOPE that this would help me. I have worse symptoms and can't differentiate what is symptomatic of the disease or the drug. The endocrine system is so complex and effects many other body systems. I love this medication. It is one of the only cough medicines that really work for me. It last almost the whole time it is supposed to unlike other cough medicines, because it's thick enough to coat my throat. I also love the orange flavor that it comes in. The grape flavor I don't care for as much.

It is difficult to find credible info regard this product; how long to take for; and how much to take. It is also difficulty to find a supply, normally I have to order directly from the manufacturer, who deliver it to a local shop, which takes quite a few days. I take before food. Sometimes, when starting the drug, I will take double drops, but only for a short while. More info needed!

My doctor has had me try several different medicines for Bi-Polar disorder. We settled on Depakote because it seemed to do an adequate job with fewer side effects than the other medicines. It seems that since I have been taking it, I have started having more side effects. I have extreme hair loss (although it does grow back) and kidney pain. I have a constant fatigue. It has not made me feel better or "normal".
