Sublingual is a terrible idea. It tasted terrible and made my tongue numb. 15 minutes after taking it, I was completely drugged out and had to be taken to bed immediately. Slept 12 hours straight in a deep sleep, but apparently snored loudly and gasped for air all night long. Needless to say that was my first and last experience taking this medication as an alternative to Geodon.

To everyone on NSAIDs...please be careful! My brother was prescribed naproxin (which is just prescription strength Aleve) for shoulder pain. The Dr kept refilling the prescription for 9 months which resulted in kidney damage. Over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs like Advil, Motrin, Aleve can be dangerous if taken improperly or long term. They aren't "safe" just because you can buy them without a prescription. I can't imagine taking this for another 4 years. It was hard enough to get through cancer treatments, but to have to deal with this on top of all that is unconceivable. Trying to keep my vigor and conviction to heal, but without sleep and so much pain it is difficult to say the least. I have gained weight and try to excercise but I now have tears in the miniscus of both knees and looking at surgery for that. I also have arthritis in both knees I didn't have before.
