I have a cold and I lost my voice now so I am taking this to break up the mucus in my lungs. I still have no voice but it does help a little.

I find it is extremely slow in taking effect and eventually the result aren't as good as they once were requiring 2 tablets instead of one wich i try to avoid.

Although not strictly a benzodiazepine etizolam shares similar pharmacological properties. My professional opinion is that one should treat it with similar caution, i.e. avoid constant long-term use, use the minimum dose that provides a satisfactory response, either relief from a panic attack, disabling anxiety or the onset of sleep and NEVER exceed the maximum daily dose, 2mg/Day, that appears in the product literature. my legs swelled and went heavy. I wasn't sleeping and not urinating freqently enough. my mother is 86 and has taken them for a long time with no side effects. my husband has just been prescribed them although he is not over weight and walks every day to work and around his work place his colestrol is 7.5. we have been healthy eating for a few years now so this has come as a bit of shock to him. My daughter hasn't had a period since her first vaccine and is still suffering. Looking back I wish I had never listened to her doctor. This is a deadly experiment on our children and it must be stopped. Samantha is still having practically daily migraines. She has peripheral vision loss she had over one hundred fainting spells with temporary paralysis. It has been a living nightmare for my family.

I started taking Metformin when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I started at a lower dosage twice daily and moved up to 850mg 3 years later and I haven't really had any problems with my blood sugar since then. Metformin keeps my blood sugar very stable and I am very happy with it.
