I was also put on an anti depressant because my doctor thought i was depressed because I broke down crying in his office when he asked me how i was feeling, whether i was having suicidal thoughts or not. I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. I was on a variety of different fertility drugs for about 2 1/2 years. Decided that I didn't like the side effects of being on them, so I stopped taking all fertility drugs at once. Yesterday I left school with a really bad sore throat, later that night I started to get a stuffy nose. I took NyQuil then went to bed and woke up with a very stuffed nose, nauseous, and a horrible headache. I took DayQuil and my nose cleared up quickly and the headache was starting to go away. However, my face broke out in a rash that was not itchy or bumpy. It was only on my face too. I recommend DayQuil though because it did help me breathe better and made me feel much better.

when i had angular stomatisis, i was told i had low HB and was given vitB12 as a supplement to help, me when i feel abit dizzy or weak, however it does not work immediately, but i think the psychology of knowing that it will help, also helps me.
