Vicks 44 Cough relief cools down my burning throat when I cough constantly. It is actually one of my favorite over the counter medicine because of the fact that it doesn't have such strong side effects like Motrin.

I'm sorry that your son is having this issue, and I do think you're right to be concerned. I have asthma and it runs on both sides of the family, so we weren't surprised when our daughter developed it at 2. Trying to get off Atenolol, only been on 25mg for the past five weeks, but I have felt constantly dizzy, always tired, even feel a little down but this is probably cause I feel so unwell on these horrible tablets, Yes they do slow your heart rate down and they definently lower your blood pressure but side effects are so horrible. Weaning off them right now.

From the first day I tried it, i had sharp pain in my nose. I tried to spray it in my nose in many different ways so that it wouldnt cause pain, like slightly away from my nose or inside my nose but spraying slowly. Nothing helped or made it better. So not only did I still have allergies, but I had tremendous pressure and pain in my nose.

I suffer from Fibromyalgia and a variety of chronic joint and muscle pain. I cannot take anti-inflamatories because I take Coumadin (blood thinner). I was prescribed Percocet after major shoulder surgery and found it was the 'best' pain releif I'd ever gotten for my whole body. I am on a relatively low-dose for chronic pain and yes, I know this is physically addictive. However, quality of life is addictive as well!!!! A sensible 'step-down' program can be followed if I need to stop this... View full comment
