I have 3 daughters, 2 of which have gotten the Gardasil shot. Neither of my daughters have had side effects....none at all. I personally have had HPV and had to eventually have a Hystorectomy and didn't want my daughters to go through what I have gone through if I could help it at all.

I have been pleased with the results - Dr. prescribed Valtrex to "shorten" any outbreaks, but so far, have not had any outbreaks. I had been taking 1 gm pill for about two months, then lessened the dosage to .5 gm.

I started Junel on the advice of my physician to regulate hormone levels. My daughter has received two doses/injections since last summer, since I have noticed a change in her well being. I've been trying to get several plantar warts removed by my dermatologist for 6 monthe with no results. Every few weeks I'd go in and get them treated with liqid nitrogen then apply Compound W at home. I was given the first 2 rounds of injections at the advice of my OB/Gyn after the birth of my son. My health insurance then lapsed, so I had to wait on the third. I am 28 years old, and just had my first abnormal pap ever after having these injections. Upon further testing, I was diagnosed with high risk HPV (not sure of the exact strain).
