Lutera was easily adaptable to my body. I had little to no side effects. It's been very effective when used regularly. I have been taking Lutera for 3 years and wouldn't want to change my perscription to any other brand.

I had a bad reaction to this medication. I was feeling very drowsy , more anxious and agitated than ever.I took them for 9 days only as i could not continue having finished the last day with severe diarrhoe.

Energy is better, but I dont need the anxiety caused by the difficulty breathing. I recognize I need testosterone in my life, because without it life is so much worse. There just has to be another way.

For me, kava works wonders for my sometimes debilitating anxiety. Non-addictive, and does not cloud my thinking. However, I usually take more than whatever the recommended dose on the bottle says. No side effects, other than if you take "too much", sometimes you can feel a little tired the next day, and/or not sleep as well in the morning. Having taken clonazepam approx; for six years (chronic pain). April 2004 I underwent surgery for a spinalcord stimulator implant, which was very successful. Later that year I requested to be taken off this drug. The dosage was adjusted accordingly. This I followed until I was no longer taking clonazepam. (6mths).
