I have been on synthroid for a little over a year and it has done little to benefit me. My condition has worsened making my skin even more sensative as well as my eye site and countless other things. I do not recommend this to other patients- there are more side effects than beneficial effects of the drug.

My daughter was very seriously sickened by this poison and the CDC and the Senators and Congressmen still say they consider the risks/reward ratio. Bull! When 14 children are hurt by cribs they recall all cribs and stop selling them. When the Toyota pedals were "sticking" (so we are told...) and somewhere around 7 people are hurt and they make the big to do, but 59 deaths are reported along with an astronomical amount of damaged girls and they say 'weigh the risks'? Although the drug did it's job is lessening the pain, I am always very reluctant to take it because of how drowsy it makes me. Although I can tolerate it better, I still feel like I am movie extremely slowly compared to everyone/everything else when I take the medication.
