Since I have been taking Synthyroid 0.25mcg, I have started spotting between periods. It did not start until I start taking the medication. I do have more energy and I feel my muscles being sore like my metabolism is increasing but the spotting is bothering me. Is anybody else spotting while taking this medicine for the first time, and if yes, how long does the spotting last, or does it stay forever or go away after my body gets used to the medication. Although this medication works well for my hypertension, it usually gives me shoulder pain and because of that, I can't lift my arm up. Also, I have leg pain sometimes and can't stnad up once I sit down. Stiff leg. I take it in combination with captopril

I started taking mircette and then I switched to generic because it was pretty expensive for a birth control each month. After I switched I lost 10lbs, but I had cramps and a heavier period, so I switched back to regular mircette. It has been 2 months now and I have gained back the 10lbs and I'm always hungry even on my ADHD medicine.
