Seems like good stuff- very mild and more effective then Saw Palmetto and other herbal options. Not sure about long term effects. I don't have prostate cancer or enlargement, but makes sense to use this as a prophylactic for 90 days just to be sure. Seems to work on both subtile and grosser levels.

Since about three years I am suffering from 2-3 gout attacks/year (big toe). After taking Diclofenac, the pain disappears after approx.30 minutes and when continuing 3 tablets/day for three days, the attack is over.

As seasons pass, i've noticed that i've been suffering more and more from sinus headaches and stuffy nose. The other products didn't really work for me. I take Sprays a day and my suffering is done with. Gone are the pressure and pain. I can function again.

I quit Lipitor almost 3 years ago. I was very close to not being able to work and had already had to give up all social contacts, was afraid to drive anymore and less than a year away from being on disability and not know WHY! Within the first 2 weeks of being on this drug, I sat down to eat lunch one day and when I went to get up, it felt like someone had hit me in both knees at the same time with a sledge hammer. I have taken lithium Carbonate in different variations since 1979 for the treatment of bipolar. Each time I chose to go off it for any reason I had problems and resumed. This has by far been my saving grace to allow me to live a normal life. Any benefits far outweigh the side effects.
