This was a life saver. After suffering close to 15 years of serious insomnia, I found GABA. It enables me to get 5-6 quality hours of sleep whereas I could not sleep for more than 1 hour at a time previously. I was on synthroid from 2003 to 2006 and I still had fatigue, brain fog and was still cold all the time. I complained to my endocrinologist and since he declared my labs "perfect" he could do nothing for me, when I inquired about Armour, he said he would not prescribe it. AWESOME STUFF. Currently I use as a drug of choice in almost every sickness (head, cold, flu, etc.). Seems that Tylenol has a positive effect on immunity system. It gives it strength to fight the bugs. Oher drugs don't seem to have as much effect as tylenol does. I am not sure if it is some kind of ingredient combination that works well with my body or if it just a good and effective drug. Either way it tremendously help me when I am sick.
