I have rosacea and had been taking oral antibiotic, minocin 50 mg 2-3X per week since 1998; I felt like I was developing a tolerance and might have to increase dosage; instead I went off the minocin, and when my face started to blossom, I took Zyflamend, one capsule per day with food and have been doing so for 3 weeks now. I am happy with it, don't get me wrong, but I just wish I wouldn't have become another person to not get panic attacks. I've gotten a really bad short term memory, and numb feelings. I get confused a lot too, not knowing what to chose, or what to do, periods like that, not really all the time.

Advil is a great OTC medication for minor pains. It's been effective on headaches, toothaches, and even menstrual cramps. It is not always effective on stronger pains. I have also not suffered from any negative side effects.
