Because I had been placed on Numerous BP meds..this was amazing. I did ignore the cough the first few years, and the dizziness..but..on this fourth year it is causing chest pain and skipped breaths. As I have tried so many other BP drugs (not working) I am at a loss. Do I simply deal with this chest pain etc: to maintain this great BP number.?

Very pleased with the med. I fought depression for many years and took Prozac which help considerably. I began to develop dysphoria. I found no enjoyment from anything so weekends and nights were very boring and I started drinking to kill the boredom. My doctor started me on Aplenzin. There were side effects for the first week. but they were not severe. Mostly a feeling of heightened awareness and anxiety. I took this medication(zyflamend) on the advice of a nurse(cardiac) My bloode pressure went up the next day and my joint pain stayed about the same. I stopped after two days and my blood pressure went back to normal.

I've ha abnormally (i.e. heart attack level blood pressure, ate only 38, and the beginnings of agoraphobia) I'm a little sleepy, but can finally remember what it is to feel normal. I'm finally not afraid to talk to people. don't laugh, but I went to the store today, and it was ok, nobody was staring at me, or pointing at me. Heck ,I'm proud, bought everything for a full real meal. I did pretty well.

Hi Aunt Fifi -- Can't help you on these capsules, but my friend who has type 2 diabetes went on a raw diet after watching Raw for 30 Days, about regular people who tried a 100% raw diet to beat diabetes, with huge success. My friend has got her insulin dose down from 40 to 6 and will take the step to 0 when she has the courage.
