The pill was effective as a contraceptive, but I did not have a good experience with the side effects of the medication despite this being a "low dose" bcp. However, that being said, everyone has a different experience with different medications especially with the bcp because of people's different reactions to the hormones. I experienced headaches, fatigue, moodiness, and a considerable increase in breast size.

Took just one capsule because it was recommended as a natural way to reduce arterial inflammation and prevent heart disease for which I have genetic predisposition. Had heart palpitations/strong heartbeat from that dose 4 times. The effect was felt within and hour of taking Zyflamend. I am stopping taking it.

Ativan was Rx'd my mother, after awful side effects developed using Seroquel. We used half the max dose rec by her doctor. Mom is 90 and has almost stage 7 Alzheimer's. She was Rx'd Seroquel after being combative in the hospital and having "wanna die" delusions. After the initial calming Zonk of Seroquel, she started to develop severe rigor mortis, choking, facial tics, tongue weirdities. I researched and got her off it quick. There are many non-pharmaceutical products that can help you sleep, like melatonin and even 5-htp (if your seratonin levels are off). I've also heard that being dehydrated is a cause for restlessness.
