Ditto the previous comment also submitted today. Started Prozac (then generic) on and off since it hit the market in the mid-80's. Have tried just about everything else and would have some noticeable side effect(s) always going back to Prozac. Tried those other drugs not because Proz didn't work but as new ones came on market and heard positive comments, gave them a try. I always mix turmeric powder in milk when I have fever to give me energy and soothe my nerves. It always helps me feel better. It doesn't bring down the fever, just helps me feel better.

I switched from Arimidex to Aromasin because of extreme joint pain. During the first three years on Aromasin, I suffered from hot flashes and insomnia. The last two years the hot flashes are only occasional and the insomnia is a little better. I get tired easily, but considering the benefits against breast cancer, I can put up with it. i started taking the 800 ibuprofen when i had my knee injury about two weeks ago because i work on my feet for hours at a time and thought i needed it for the pain and inflamation. Its definitely help subside those side effects

Yaz was great for the first three months, then all of a sudden i became a horrible person to everyone around me. I started to have mood swings and severe pain everywhere and the pill actually lowered my potassium level instead of making it higher as advertised. i am finally switching to something else after numerous blood tests trying to find out what was wrong with me. it happens to be that Yaz was making me fall apart. i hate it!
