I'm allergic to penicillin, but apart from that I'm one of the lucky ones that never normally suffers from drug side effects - I've been given many different antibiotics and never had any effects similar to this one. I went to the dentist healthy, within 24 hours I had reactions/infections that I never normally suffer - never had a yeast infection or sinus infection before taking this drug. THIS DRUG SHOULD NOT BE ON THE MARKET!!! It causes PERMANENT sexual dysfunction, swelling, fatigue, depression and sleep problems. Contrary to what Merck claims: these side-effects are NOT temporary. There should be a full investigation into how this drug got approved. It has completely destroyed my life! In 2003, I attempted to commit suicide as a direct result of the drug's after-effects. Other people are telling similar stories on the internet.

After 2 years it seemed like the Plaquenil was no longer working. My Rheumatologist switched me to Azathioprine but I had an allergic reaction to it. I am now back on Plaquenil and it seems to be working again along with Prednisone.

Taking too early in the morning means I'll have a dry mouth while trying to work/talk with people. Taking too late causes insomnia from the steriod. Occasionally causes a pretty significant headache. I'm only able to take it once/day in the middle of the day due to unplesant side effects. However my breathing has gotten much better

i am on a number of drugs and have experienced some of the conditions mentioned but don't know if cialis is involved, including breathlessness. i would say however one of the most important benefit is the improved mental wellbeing, it is very debilitating to loose the sexual side of my life..
