This product makes me nausious , fatigue is serious. I feel horrible after taking it. Doctors will not consider an side affects from this product and will not even consider changing it. I feel like I have the flu all the time. Which is difficult as I have fibromyalgia. Another illness which doctors will not recognize.

I take one tablet of multivitamin/multimineral dietary supplement ane one tablet of glucosamine chondroitin every morning. Beside these I also do 1hour and 30 minutes exercise every day. Just as table tennis one houe and swimming 30 minutes.These will help my joints much better.

I have experienced severe anxiety and depression, coupled with incessant coughing and difficulty breathing. The joint pain has been unbearable. If you are in severe pain, I really didn't feel any effects. After surgery and a good bit of pain was removed, I found out that tizanidine is rather powerful. I usually take a small amount, 2mg per day, until my pain rises, then I take as needed up to maximum dose. I know when to drop the dosage when I feel like par-boiled chicken and my muscles feel like they're going to fall off my bones. That is one strange feeling.
