Debbie, no-one knows yet how long Gardasil will last or whether you'll need a booster shot. Because targeting only a few strains could also encourage a replacement disease, Merck might also need to re-formulate the shot periodically. The scary thing is that the first users won't know if and when they're vulnerable again, which makes me wonder what the point is. After I started taking Mesalazine together with Decortine ,the condition became better.I finished the therapy and after a few days the colitis has come back,complete remission of the decease. Now the situation is the worst.I am taking 3000 mg mesalazine per day.I have very strong abdominal pain,bloody diarrhea all the time,heartbeat,muscle cramping,gas etc. I am afraid that the Mesalazine does not doing its function and in my case I think that the side effects has been taking in action.
