I started on Levothyroxine. but switched to Tirosint because my pharmacy didn't carry Levo. And since then, all of my symptoms that I had before I was even diagnosed have come back. Ive put on more weight, I have horrible acne, my skin is dry again, hair falling out, painful/stiff neck. But not there are new symptoms, like skipped periods (Ive taken two tests and theyve both been negative), bloating, restlessness, pain in my joints, hand cramps. Metformin (daily) along with diet and daily exercise helped me lose ~50 pounds of weight and bring down my blood sugars to about 100 +/-20 points in about 3 years, Now, I am off metformin and any other medication for diabetes, and control my blood sugar ~100 only with healthy diet and daily exercise.

I liked to use the Zicam q-tips, but stopped when i heard they cause a loss of sense of smell. However, I still take the lozenges and think they work well, even if they don't taste very good.

I take this during the winter and whenever I'm around people who have colds, flu etc. It really seems to work well as a preventative. Once, when one child came home from school very sick with some croupy bug, my other child and I took Jade Screen for the duration, and my husband didn't. We both had just a slightly sore throat for half a day; he got really, really sick. Can't remember the last time I got a cold; and I used to get bronchitis regularly--but not anymore!

Even though i have experienced lots of side effects i could not have continued in the amount of pain i was in before taking them .Im also taking Tramadol and Naproxen which all have some of the same side effects. However, i can function day to day as i have got used to some of the side effects

Everytime I had a headache or pain for something, I would take Ibuprofen to help the pain go away. It helped so much. This is my favorite medicine for a headache.
