I have been using Flomax for two years. At first took every day. After the first couple of days, I noticed I was better able to empty my bladder, allowing for fewer trips to the toilet. Also, in the first two days, I experienced the side effect of very strong erections, both when waking up and with normal sexual stimulation. Felt like I'd taken Viagra. Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I also use raspberry leaves and berries infused in apple cider vinegar during my menstrual cycle as the vinegar extracts a great deal of nutrients in the leaves (calcium, magnesium etc) that help with cramps and pms, as well as the high iron in the berries. I was prescribed prednisone for two months to help with colitis. I developed Avascular Necrosis of the hips within 12 months due to this drug. I needed to have my hips replaced at age 31. They said it is a rare side effect, but it isn't rare enough.

Ive been taking Centrum since I was in my teen years and it has always been adequate to supply the extra vitamins I lack through my daily diet. But lately I have noticed that I have been getting nausea after taking it, maybe taking it after a meal its better than without a meal. But overall, good experience with this multivitamin.
