I was diagnosed with IBS many years ago and which has been severe. I was prescribed with Solpodol approx three years ago and intially found these helped enormously. Unfortunately, I am now 'hooked' on Solpodol taking 8 tablets a day, every day and the IBS has come back with avengance. I have also contacted a severe and nasty rash in the vulva area about a year ago and have had to have a biopsy which I am waiting the result - wonder if this a direct cause of the tablets?

I just take this vitamin because my doctor told me to take it for my arthritis as a Calcium supplement. I dont get any side effects or anything since it is a vitamin.

Theraflu is very good. I take it when I cannot access Nyquil, but it still does the job. If you do not have time to sleep it off, then do not take it.

I spent most of my life trying to hide or avoid my problems with agoraphobia and panic attacks. I've tried everything from psych to behavior modification to many other drugs. While I am not panic attack free taking this med has reduced the frequence and severity of attacks. I normally chew on mint leaves, or have mint tea to soothe my stomach when I've had a heavy meal. It results in the release of gas or emptying of the bowels. I normally feel extremely drowsy after and have a mild headache. I feel extremely sleepy and lethargic the entire day, but the relief for the stomach is worth it.
