Advil helps alleviate my menstrual cramps and I feel works best if taken before major cramps set in. I usually take 2 pills when I begin to feel a slight 'tinge' of pain and when taken early enough, I don't experience as intense cramping as usual.

I was 17 when I had my 3 Gardasil shots and 17 when I was diagnosed with RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS following the shots. Tylenol has been a great drug that has benefitted me with my headaches, cramps and any pains I experience. It has also helped me to reduce my fevers and colds. I think it is a better choice of drug compared to Aspirin due to the more negative affects of advil. The active ingredient in Tylenol, paracetomal is the reason to its safe impact.
