I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. It worked wonders!!! My skin is completely clear, I constantly get compliments. All the side effects (dry, dry, dry, chapped lips, dry eyes, dry skin, sun sensitivity) will happen so stock up on carmex (lip moisturizer) and cetaphil lotion or which ever one works for you.

This seems to be the most effective drug for depression/anxiety that I have been given. I have been on quite a few. It doesnt seem to have any side effects, which was great. The only problem I have is when I dont take it. There have been times when I was due for a refill and had to wait until payday or for the pharmacy to open on Monday. This is a great compound for treating the symptoms of my asthma. It works very rapidly and almost immediately relieves the symptoms. Sometime it relieves them so quickly that I get a short term (less than 30 minutes) headache following its use. At night I can fall asleep immediately after use.

I have only been taking Pristiq for 5 days, I have noticed a change for the better in my overall mood. I love that I have no appetite, as I really need to loose some weight. But the nausea is really bad and I have blurred vision which really bothers me. Also, I feel like I can get to sleep faster than usual, but I wake up early and can't get back to sleep. I am going to give it atleast a couple of weeks and hope that the nausea and blurred vision get better.
