Took just one capsule because it was recommended as a natural way to reduce arterial inflammation and prevent heart disease for which I have genetic predisposition. Had heart palpitations/strong heartbeat from that dose 4 times. The effect was felt within and hour of taking Zyflamend. I am stopping taking it.

That's exactly how I have been feeling! I feel depressed, irritable, and very hungry! I feel like I want to vomit all the time! Last night, I woke from my sleep vomiting! To stop the queezniness I eat salty crackers. If the increase in appetite does not cause weight gain, eating fatty foods to calm your stomach certainly will. It helps alot to decrease the chances of getting motion sickness. It just a pain because I forget sometimes and there is nothing I can do except hope not to get sick.

Does not completely relieve my neck and sciatic nerve pain, but I have not taken mobic regularly since starting zyflamend. I teach skiiing and therefore, I am very active. I did not miss any work while taking the zyflamend. The pm helps me sleep, however, I sometimes wake up after 2 hours and have trouble getting back to sleep.
