My nose began to hurt he second day and on the third day I had to stop taking Zicam nasal spray. I admit I used the spray more frequently than was recommended on the instruction sheet. And it was really amazing at ending my cold symptoms. After that (6 months ago), I got sick again, and this time used the tablets. They worked welll too.

Very effective at first. It gave me very vivid dreams, and sometimes it seemed like I was dreaming before I was actually asleep. One night, once I started feeling relaxed, I thought I was in a hallway filled with macaroni and cheese. There were times when, as I was falling asleep/just waking up, I couldn't tell if I was asleep or awake--sometimes I thought I was awake, and it turned out I was dreaming and vice versa.

I've taken Lisinopril for about 12 years. The last year and a half I started to get a "patchy numbness" on the bottom of my feet. I felt that this was most likely due to the addition of Clonidine to my blood pressure Rx's. I told my doctor about this and she then doubled my Clonidine. After that, the numbness got worse and I started to develop a rash around my ankles. It got to a point where I had to insist getting off the Clonidine. It is difficult to find credible info regard this product; how long to take for; and how much to take. It is also difficulty to find a supply, normally I have to order directly from the manufacturer, who deliver it to a local shop, which takes quite a few days. I take before food. Sometimes, when starting the drug, I will take double drops, but only for a short while. More info needed!
