I have had back pain and inflamation I treated succesfully and now I take it 1 twice a day as preventive medicine. havent got a cold since I have been on it people have been falling all around me.

This is a great birth control. It does affect sex drive, though. It's nice that injections are every three months instead of a pill everyday. The injection site does hurt for up to three days after day of injection. Have had no period, cramping, bleeding, bloating, or headaches for a year now which is great!

This pill has given me nothing but problems from the start. During the first few months I experienced weight gain, very sore breasts, mood swings, and worst of all hair loss. I would lose large clumps in the shower everyday. Also my periods were completely erratic. I was more regular when I was on no birth control. Every now and then I when I eat something with high sugar content I experience a slight dizziness or imbalance. It last for about 10 seconds to a minute and then goes away...but really freaked me out the first couple of times this happened. I am not sure what determines whether I get dizzy or not. This medicine potentially saved my life. After several years of periodic panic attacks, I awoke to a suicidal panic attack whereupon my heart and body were racing and my mind was telling me that I HAD to kill myself.
