this stuff is poison. i'm a 35-year-old who was perfectly healthy aside from smoking until chantix. now i feel like i'm 90 years old with one foot in my death bed. my skin doesn't even feel like my own skin and the fevers and rash just won't stop. sure, it will help you quit smoking, but it will ruin everything else in your life that means anything to you, most importantly your health (isn't that why you wanted to quit smoking to begin with?).

This drug is POISON. Do not take it. Do not let any doctor make you take it. Let me tell you my story. I was a reasonably happy person before cymbalta. I find the withdrawal symptoms quite severe; a few years ago my doctor wanted to start me on something else but wanted to get me off Effexor first; within 2 days my sleep patterns were very disrupted with vivid dreams and restlessness, by the 4th day my body was shaking - almost spasmodic. I went back on the Effexor, but find that even one missed or delayed dose causes a hightened dream state, my mind starts to race and I don't sleep well at all. I fear going off it, but hate the dependency.
