I am now trying this, have not taken the pills now for a couple of days, (because I love to sleep and it was keeping me up all day, and then I would go to bed around 10:30 p.m. ) so I am back to being cold. I even slept in the day for 3 blissful hours. Does anyone out there knows if this is a problem going on or off the meds like that? Let me know!

It got me out of a severe depressive episode, for which I am grateful. However, I still experience bouts of depression, often in the afternoon. So it is likely not a long term solution for me. Took this medication to stop my preterm labor; it was AWEFUL. ALthough it worked wonderful and stopped the contractions quicky, the side effects were horrible for me. I also suffer from Anxiety so that may have intensified the side effects.

I am taking Moringa to help with calcium uptake as I cannot take dairy products (lactose intolerance) or elemental calcium due to family history of cardiac disease and arterial sclerosis. I have found that even taking one pill per day has increased my alertness, decreased joint pain and decreased stress. What I do not like is the nausea I experience.
