I drink a tea or homemade soda of prickly ash daily (we have tons of prickly ash trees in the woods), to help with symptoms from mild hypothyroidism. I skipped a few days last week, and could not figure out why I felt so cold all the time. Then, I realized that that's how I always used to feel, before I started taking the prickly ash.
