I have osteo arthritis and bone on bone in my knees. Previously, I took Glucosamine-Chondritin/MSM or Alleve and didn't get anywhere near the good results and had to be concerned about liver damage. I would advise some users to cut back their dosage if they are getting heart palpitations. Four per day sounds waaay to high.

I had been taking Zyrtec for about 5 years and before that was taking an older form of Allegra. As many allergy sufferers know, these and all allergy medications only work for a short amount of time before your body becomes immune to the effects. I can honestly say after three months of Xyzal, I have been symptom free since day one. I took Candex for three days, one capsule in the morning with a very large glass of water. I am very sensitive to all kinds of medicine, so I was prepared for the worst. The only thing that seems related in time to the Candex doses was the veins in my hands and fingers dilating (getting really big), making my hands ache and my fingers and palms itch.
