Hi, 17 year old female here. I started taking Accutane 40 mg, 1 pill, every morning with breakfast about a month and a half ago, and it is working great! My skin already is smoother, softer, and less acne covered. But I am still left with the scars from my Jr. High years. For the first week or so of treatment hell yes it was awful! I thought it was the heat dehydrating me, humid weather causing arthritis flare-ups, menopause symptoms coming back, all at once. I don't use tylenol unless I really have to, and it is usually in very small amounts and only for temporary relief of a headache. It is effective almost always.

After using Tinactin spray for 3 days on my foot to treat a mild case of athletes foot (minor peeling between baby toe and the toe beside it only) i developed a bumpy, itchy rash on the skin of my foot that had come into contact with the spray powder. This medication did not help, and has only served to irritate my skin where it was applied.
