It's interesting...It definitely makes me feel MUCH better. I initially caved into "drugs" after dealing with horrible panic attacks for two years. I tried to stay away from reading reviews because I knew I wouldn't take it then. I have to tell you, I have definitely gained weight, and whether it's from this drug or personal eating habits, I don't know. I only take Tylenol cold/sinus when I'm sick so I don't have many experiences with it, but the times I have taken it, it has been ineffective.

Carbimazole

I too am hyperthyroid. I was prescribed carbimazole and had an allergic reaction with a skin rash which erupted within days. I then was prescribed PTU, propylithouacil which I initially took at a very high dosage, namely 12 tablets/day and after several weeks lost my taste completely and had bad headaches. My consultant reduced the dosage to two/day after 2 months as I had gone underactive. I gradually regained my taste but then developed pains in my arms so bad I couldn't sleep on my sides... I don't know why people don't like advil, but it alsways works for me. the doctor told me to take Advil.

Proventil

Overall, my experience with Proventil inhaler has been a positive one. It provides me with rapid relief of my asthma related breathing difficulty. My only complaint is the tendency to feel jittery/restless after using the inhaler. This side effect makes me reluctant to use Proventil at bedtime or near the hour of sleep.
