I decided my senior year that after suffering irregular and severly painful and stressful menstral cycles and being in a three year relationship I should start considering birth control. Immediately after starting, I got my period. It was not common to start bleeding until you came to the last pills of the three months but the even more uncommon side effect was having my period for 8 weeks until finally consulting my doctor and having to discontinue taking the pills for 3 days for it to final... Plavix has changed my life but I have to find some type of insurance as soon as possible because the price is ridiculous.

Etodolac is the 4th anti-inflammatory I have tried, and it has worked the best for me. I don't like the anxious feeling I get from time to time after taking it, but I check my blood pressure and it is fine. I wish I didn't have to take 1000 mg a day of this drug, but it has helped the stiffness and pain a lot. I have been told there are a lot of drugs like this, and a person just needs to find the one that works the best for them.

Got me out of severe depressive episode, but still experience afternoon depression sometimes. Don't like side effects either - cold all the time, OCD/paranoia/racing thoughts 2 hours before time for next dosage, extremely drowsy all day if take medicine in morning (have now switched to taking it at night). Because of afternoon depression, am also switching to new antidepressant to take with Geodon.

Although the drug did it's job is lessening the pain, I am always very reluctant to take it because of how drowsy it makes me. Although I can tolerate it better, I still feel like I am movie extremely slowly compared to everyone/everything else when I take the medication.

When I was diagnosed with UC in December 09 and was prescribed Asacol and a restricted diet, it took a while to get back on my feet and normal again. I was afraid to start eating again, but slowly starting putting foods back in. There are some I can never eat again, but that's okay. My weight returned and I am stronger and healthier than before. I don't like the "thinning/lossing" hair, but I manage.
