I thought the Zyglamend was working really well for my inflammation from rheumatoid arthritis, and I was still taking only 1 tablet per day, working my way up to 2 per day. But the diarrhea and heache was there everyday. Then the headache was so bad I could barely move, so I took my blood pressure and found it had shot up dangerously high (179/112). It worked better than Cymbalta, but does not come close to the efficacy of Effexor XR. I was hoping for mood improvement like Effexor XR used to provide, but all I experienced was a mild improvement over the Cymbalta. Disappointed overall with its performance and ready to try something else.
