I had perfect fasting blood sugar levels prior to taking Lipitor and now regularly have fastings of 283 or higher (even when my blood sugar level at night is perfect prior to going to bed). I've been taking vitamin C for over 10 years now. I am now 20 years old. It works in keeping me healthy and preventing a cold. I don't like the way it tastes because it tastes really bitter. I usually take it with orange juice, not water because it tastes so bad.
