My family has a history of osteoporosis and bone loss, so I take extra steps to make sure my bones are taken care of. Calcium works really well, I feel healthy and strong. The only thing I don’t like about calcium is that the one I take are huge and are sometimes hard to swallow. The taste is also very bad, so to mask the taste, I usually take it with orange juice or raspberry tea.

My daughter was very seriously sickened by this poison and the CDC and the Senators and Congressmen still say they consider the risks/reward ratio. Bull! When 14 children are hurt by cribs they recall all cribs and stop selling them. When the Toyota pedals were "sticking" (so we are told...) and somewhere around 7 people are hurt and they make the big to do, but 59 deaths are reported along with an astronomical amount of damaged girls and they say 'weigh the risks'? SUDDENLY STARTED EXPERIENCING STOMACH PAIN AND CHEST PAIN/PALPITATIONS - THOUGHT IT MAY HAVE BEEN TO DO WITH THE MENOPAUSE, AS I BLAME EVERYTHING ON THE MENOPAUSE, BUT THEN REALISED THAT I ONLY STARTED HAVING THESE SYMPTOMS SINCE TAKING CENTRUM MULTI VITAMINS. It's my favorite! Non-addictive, no side effects and it always makes me feel better the longer I'm on it. It's the best anti-depressant, anxiety help I could ever think of. Plus, I think it made me lose extra weight. I like NOW brand, not very expensive. It has gotten me through the last two winters with minimal seasonal affective disorder symptoms.
