It got me out of a severe depressive episode, for which I am grateful. However, I still experience bouts of depression, often in the afternoon. So it is likely not a long term solution for me. I have been a parapalagic for the last 23 years. I had a radical prostictimy. Later my PSA increased. Took the Lupron and my life went to hell. I have lost the majority of my muscle strength and having severe memory problems. The lost of strength caused fall during a transfer breaking two bones and creating a pressure sore. I have had restless legs for the last 2 night and realize today I had taken Advil PM the last 2 nights. I am glad to hear someone else experienced this. I will not be taking it anymore and hope it goes away

I have been taking this medication for about 10 years and I like the results. I had kidney stones for about 4 to 5 episodes in the last 30 years and ever since i was on the Allopurinol I haven't had any kidney stones and I have really enjoyed that !!!

I find it is extremely slow in taking effect and eventually the result aren't as good as they once were requiring 2 tablets instead of one wich i try to avoid.
